The Welcome Weeks just finished and everybody is back in the routine for the new semester. Some important meetings (Communication Summit, CNR) happened already this year, but there is still more to come! For example our second Big NP in Leuven (in a castle!) and AGM Germany in Berlin! Another event to prepare your section for is the second ExchangeAbility Week, that will take place from the 20th until the 26th of March!

WHAT HAPPENED WITHIN OUR NETWORK
SNP BRUSSELS II
We kicked off the new ESN year with a second Small National Platform gathering all the Local Representatives. This event took place in the ESN Office (headquarter of ESN) in Brussels on the 4th of February. We had workshops about our Long Term Strategy, discussions and we voted on the amendment of the National Events Coordinator. Candidate section Eurokot Namur had a presentation. They might become the 17th ESN section in Belgium at the BNP in Leuven!
4TH COMMUNICATION SUMMIT
ESN Belgium was represented at the 4th Communication Summit in Brussels by Déborah Thiry (ESN LLN and beCOM). Four days of brainstorming about new communication strategies, best practices and sharing knowledge! The Communicators also discussed the importance and weight of communication within ESN.
CNR HUELVA
Laura (Vice NR), Tim (FICO) and Naomi were present at the first Council of National Representatives of the year in Huelva. Besides enjoying the lovely Spanish weather, they discussed and voted on important topics.
Here we go: They discussed different topics such as the future of the AGM, the membership fee and the Action Plan and voted on different proposals. The creation of a code of conduct and branding package for candidate sections were approved, Belarus was accepted into the Central European Platform and Dominique Montagnese was elected as the new Liaison officer for Disability and Inclusion.
BNP LEUVEN
We invite each section, Alumni and International Guests to our second Big National Platform, this time organised by ESN Leuven. We really would like to focus on empowering the individual. Join this Castle NP! Register before the 25th of February, 23:59 CET viahttp://events.esnbelgium.org/.
AGM GERMANY
We hope you all registered for this amazing event: the Annual General Meeting! From the 20th until the 24th of April, ESNers from all over Europe will take over Berlin. We can't wait to be there with a big Belgian delegation. Follow AGM Germany 2017 to not miss out on any updates.
HOUSERASMUS+ MEETING
The Western European HousErasmus+ Conference will be held in the beautiful city Paris on the 27th and 28th of April.
The event aims to bring together stakeholders within the field of student housing and international students in order to exchange best practices and learn from the European-wide research the HousErasmus+ project has been undertaking in the past year.
